What is Speaking Mastery™?

Speaking Mastery™ is based on the premise that true leadership is sourced from authentic presence, highly refined relational skills, clear vision, purpose and communication integrity. Speaking and listening to 1 or a thousand, in order to have maximum impact and sustained influence, one needs to be committed to one's own convictions, have a clear and consistent message while being aware of and open to others' point of view. One must do more than inform, persuade or motivate. One must connect and inspire! Speaking Mastery™ tailors programs that fall within the four general areas of Public Speaking, Presentation Skills, Communication Effectiveness and Leadership Development.

Through these programs, training and coaching, people learn how to truly communicate and interact with their listeners and readers by cultivating "listening presence", and developing their unique talents and strengths as communicators to confidently craft and deliver compelling messages and to bring out the best in others.
